CMTH/CELZ leadership need a shareholder call to help answer some odd questions myself and others have raised, which they've not addressed when contacted. They are not questions that cannot be answered due to any SEC constraints, nor do they divulge any secrets.

When I ask CELZ leadership to help provide some clarity on their own issued 8k's from 3-10 months ago, I would expect they would want to clarify with shareholders. That's normal business.

1. Where are Freedman/Wachs? Why do you announce they are CaverStem doctors in 2018 and put them on the old website but in 2019 I can't find them in 2019.

2. Why can't a shareholder locate anything on Gary Mells who CMTH/CELZ leadership put in an 8k in 2018 as the companies newly higher sales executive, yet he can't be found on LinkedIn. Every sales exec for a Fortune 500 company who is employed is on LinkedIn. Warbington, Dickerson, myself and all other sales/bus execs are on LinkedIn but Gary Mells is absent. Where is he? Who is he? Doesn't add up.

3. Why did CMTH/CELZ leadership last summer announce via 8k a contract with PromoMed Russia and that AltoUro and Switzerland had joined CaverStem with contracts, yet 6 months later, we know nothing.


Those are just a few items which CMTH/CELZ who doesn't put out PR's/8k's often announced a substantial time ago, but will not address when asked multiple times by myself over the past 5 months.

I have 6.5M shares and $110k invested and have held for 9+ months. I don't expect CMTH/CELZ to do anything special for me; however, as a shareholder, the questions I raise above are items CMTH/CELZ leadership put forward as accomplishments to investors, yet have not followed up regarding.

There is a lack of trust. The sooner we all group together and request a shareholder call or written clarification to some questions, the sooner trust is built and our SP is where it should be, above $.05 permanently!
