You've never understood my point. In fact, you've misquoted me at least twice, but I'll repeat myself one more time.

The Greenshift Corporation is currently violating U.S. Law by failing to file 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks.

In addition, they are not very transparent. That's another point I've made many times and that you've chosen to ignore. They waited until this week to announce on their website that they had appealed the decision of the U.S. District Court to the Federal Appeals Court. This notification is nothing more than a link to a court document, without any commentary whatsoever, and the most recent news item on their news page is still dated September 2016.
