ONCI: Yes the Repeated Criticism is Non-sense, most of it from when Steve fist stared out with ONCI, who doesn't make mistakes an get overly excited at times, Steve has learned a valuable lesson from that: missing some dead lines its the end of the world: happens all the time in business.
