Folks - now that HC is back into the fold - the board posts will be ALOT better for fellow LONGS to read/review. Let me splain it to you:

OK, let's all take a deep breath:

Mc is doing this conference to wet the appetite for people and institutions to BUY the stock. The timing IS NOT coincidence. The likihood of 6-7M shares being sold in that 3.75 - 4 range is high as once this raise closes, I can see selling the shares for a quick profit while holding free warrants at $4 for 5 years. Hence, he is drumming up demand as folks from this conference will want to buy from the selling that will be happening. Obviously PPS is going up over $3.40 (like this week)

I share this because I am in HOLD mode until the end - but for those that want to get more shares and HAVE to trade her to do that, you have a CEO doing his job wetting the appetite so folks can grab millions of shares right quick.

* Frankly, I never understood why whomever bought this deal would want to sell ASAP for the quick profit but that concept is what it is. I guess they would rather have a 40 cent profit and FREE warrants rather than a $96 profit on 7m shares and 7m warrants (inside of 2 years) ? LOL - GLTA
