Why revert "Parties" back to Wang on WY SOS?

I think you're right on in your assessment of the clues.

On 2/27/2019, WY SOS was updated to show Zhiming Han replacing Wang as the Director, President, Treasurer, ect. We correctly interpreted that Wang handed over the reins to Han.

After all, ZJMY is Han's baby that he spent the last 10 plus years preparing for.

On 3/15/2019, we noticed an amended report and the Parties reverted back to Wang.




It is my understanding that we need to see Wang's preferred shares (all or majority) transferred to Han in an Amendment on WY SOS. I mistakenly assumed that they were already signed, sealed and delivered.




IMO, as Stim said, it was overlooked that Wang still needs to be the Director on WYSOS in order to properly transfer those shares to Han. Once, Wang signs them over (all or majority IDK), we should see the Han reinstated as the Parties again.

Why would there be a name change and possible ticker change?


There have been some clues that make another Name Change probable.

First, with the shift of control from Wang to Han in the works, it makes sense that the Jinbo part of the name (JB) would be coming off JB&ZJMY Holding Company. Wang=Jinbo and with Wang relinquishing control, Jinbo's presence would likely diminish as well.

Second, there have been recent updates to http://zjmy888.com/ noting Zhiming Han as CEO of JB&ZJMY Holding Company and the JBZY ticker placed on the site.

More recently, the JB has been taken off of the name and now it says Han is the CEO of ZJMY Holding Company.



It leads me to conclude that a name change to "ZJMY Holding Company" is not only likely, but could be in the works. FINRA,may have alerted the company that Wang needed to be reinstated briefly so the preferred shares could be transferred and then the Name Change can take place.

I'm not sure if the ticker would change to ZJMY, although it would be fitting.

I know that this post is highly speculative, but the OTC always is.

This is just my best attempt to shed light on the current state of events.
