Zeev,

Curious about a statement you made a few years ago. You stated that holding a position in a company which had less than a 50 million cap rate for greater than five years would limit capital gains to no more than 5%. Do you recollect and if so any idea on what IRS statute I could base my return on?
Thanks in advance.......my accountant (though perhaps slow in researching) claims ignorance to such a potential watershed.
