Was not being negative about R&D not being conducted by HCTI, there was no need previously.

( although it might have been a better use of some of the money? )

HCTI licensed a product from NTI, who had conducted all required R&D

I'm wondering, with the news that Prof. Oleg Figovsky may have moved to other endeavors at the end of 2017 if that pushed HCTI to begin its own R&D?

... or what other changes were forced by Figovsky's phasing out?

Found this linkedin for Scott Kummer, who was listed as HCTI technical director, and may have been brought in as Figovsky was phasing out?

Scott has a lot of experience with concrete, and and education in bio chemistry, if this is the guy.

( He doesnt list HCTI )

Does anyone know if this is THE Scott Kummer, and if he is still involved at all?

HCTI also mentioned in a Q1 2018 newsletter:

"In regards to the company’s foam development, HCT is now in the initial stages of a joint development agreement with a European company to jointly create a new zero isocyanate semi-rigid foam for global distribution."

I think HCTI should have revealed that Figovsky was selling, and moving
on? Definitely material to operations. Figovsky and his technology, patents, expertice were the reason many here got involved with HCTI.

He had been listed in 4th quarter 2017 newsletter as:

HCT Director of R&D publishes new book “Green Nanotechnology” and
wins Seven Gold Medals

If Figovsky did phase out at end of 2017 it would coincide with some changes in emphasis, products, behavior, etc for HCTI after that.

Hopefully shareholders will be updated soon.

" Doesnt mean Darin got any of it. He may have gotten a paycheck. Joseph likely has made money but he paid for the shell and was making loans to the company. This business isn't like most pink sheets that are obvious scams in which there is no reason to go through millions. Extensive R and D is required here and it takes a lot of time, money and resources. Just my opinion. Maybe we were all scammed. Maybe we made the best investment of our lives. Good luck.
