Great DD, but probably not great news.

... although Oleg wasnt ever listed as a key exec at HCTI

... and it doesnt have any immediate direct effect if HCTI is
indeed selling product.

Did discover that the trademark Green Polyurethane™ which is used on the HCTI website has expired and has been dead for years.

Word Mark GREEN POLYURETHANE
Status 602 - Abandoned-Failure To Respond Or Late Response

https://trademarks.justia.com/851/83/green-polyurethane-85183428.html

http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4804:1w2968.2.1

also note, (APPLICANT) Nanotech Industries, Inc.

not Nanotech Industries International, Inc

so HCTI never actually had rights to the trademark?

( and for sure they dont now )

are these people just inept, lazy, or what?

On the bright side, HCTI traded today.

"I emailed Oleg Figovsky 2 nights ago and surprisingly was able to ask him several questions. I have a screenshot of my inbox but cant get it to post here.

Heres a summary of what i asked and what he said.

Me: Hello Oleg,

I noticed that the Polymate website was not active anymore. Has anything changed with your research company? Are you still researching new nanotechnology with Polymate?

Oleg: I had sold the Polymate in January 2018. Practically the Polymate is not operating now. Today I am the director R&D another two private companies, that are also elaborated new nanotechnology without any contacts with Polymate. My personal web-site is active - see: http://figovsky.com/
Prof. Oleg Figovsky.

That was the first email. Im not sure if he meant he sold in 2019, but if 2018 that would be eye opening.

I tried to get answers about HCTI without being too direct. This is what he said about the patents:

"A lot of my green polyurethanes' patents were bought Eurotech and other US companies. Now I have a proposal from EU company to establish a research center for composite materials with pending new patent applications."

Eventually i started asking more pointed questions about NTI and who owned the patents that Hybrid used with their contract with Polymate, and he said.

"I was working in this area from 1975, mainly for military application in USSR and create up to 12 non-published inventions at this field, now I haven't any information about NTI and Eurotech activity."
