I believe they applied for a retail license last year, but did't get one of the ~ 10-15 licenses granted.

They are in a unique position. Lots of ways for them to capitalize.

Their AMA & Infused / Canna Hemp products are in a lot of retail stores already and growing. AMA could use their own stores, but Infused can flourish without.

Infused / Canna Hemp / Pet chews represents the largest opportunity, imo
Especially when they complete expansion and can sell 6-10Xs the products out of state.

I'm sure they're assessing plenty of options.

I imagine they've probably entertained some buyout offers already. I think they're a big target for big money MSO's. I doubt they care to sell anywhere close to these valuations.

5-7+ Bagger on the table 18-24 months, imo
