My very first post here literally 5 years ago was a warning. I remember reviewing the financials and seeing huge discrepancies and was concerned that they were also done by the principle and not audited. What more I noticed and mentioned here at the time that they were paying his brother Jeff 5 figures a month rent for the use of his business facility which made no sense because they had nothing to store and this was way before UF. Then to cover their tracks probably after reading my warning here NTEK bought the Ice Carving business from Jeff but never reported the purchase price anywhere. I remember writing here how absurd it was that a supposed tech company would buy an Ice Carving concern. Ultimately it was given back to Jeff but once again no mention of purchase price/sale was ever given in any NTEK financial. That said right from the start even before the fake NP1s where produced they were involved in funneling money to themselves.
