Pleae read ..need advice

My take for what that is

Ok, the corporate office for Verus appears to be in a
Virtual Office Space in Gaithersburg, Maryland


Not that there is an issue with this business model but for those who are wondering why Mr.Bhatnagar is not having an office filled with employees working frantically to get the 10k competed, my belief is that currently Verus is a one man operation amd Mr Bhatnagar is that one man

Numerous calls to tel:[phone], results in the call only being answered by an automotive service. As Verus moves ahead this set up would not be the ultimate way to ensure confidence in investors but I guess for now it is working

I am also waiting for the 10k and the 10Q... Monday for both , possibly

Would love others opinions here

Also, if Mr Forney happens to read this, a stronger social media presence would be necessary in the future
