Suit yourself. But, as I previously explained, I work in the SDNY and I sat in on the beginning of the hearing before Judge Carter. I left to go back to work when he called a recess to consider a disagreement regarding statements of fact. I did not see the conclusion of the hearing. But he did dismiss the injunctive relief very early in the hearing.

There were limited spectators, another man sitting in the third row next to me, a husband/wife sitting in the first row, and a man with his 2 daughters also sitting in the front row. What I posted is the truth. $VYST
