Yep, I just got response from him. RS hasn't changed. I'm just going to take a loss on this one and dump on 3s Monday.

looks like AS only going to be reduced to 500 Million but the Outstanding still by 4000 to 1. Which leaves 400 million to dilute after split.

Sorry guys, we got screwed here. Really thought it would change when Nevada Sos showed Authorized shares to 500 million instead on 500 thousand.
