Woooooooohoooooooooo thanks a million for that fantastic real time update zetatauri!!! Soooooooooo VYST did in fact succeed in having the judge completely dismiss EMA's injunctive relief request as we had expected folks!!!

And now I hope the judge takes this to trial so that VYST can further crush EMA with VYST's full countersuit proceedings!!!

And unfortunately due to all the action today folks I've now used up my daily allotted 60 post limit!!!

So hopefully others will update us on how the rest of the day goes in court...and I look forward to seeing everyone here bright and early monday morning for ALL of next weeks fuuuuunnnnnnnnn!!!
