Correct as indicated. W/o clarification, I would have to agree your take will happen. Been there, done that. In fact, I have been party to a R/S where the A/S was not reduced iota. Dirty game of splits.

This does not surprise me. DSGT propagated this. Paid advisors fully understood its ramifications and recommended its implementation. Not unusual. Fully acceptable to SEC as well.

"Risk" and its wide brush is CYA to a start up. "No hard feelings, just business at hand"..."you knew the risk".

I expected this if it does occur, pleasantly surprised if it does not.

Capitalism is no longer a hand shake...now, you better have a lawyer or two! Fine print and gray matter abounds. Any SH here simply failed to notice....or hoped this company didn't have any for its investors.
