We had $9,695 in interest expense resulting from accrued interest on notes payable and amortization of debt discount. For the period, we recorded a gain on settlement of liability in the amount of $156,000. Finally, for the period, we recorded derivative expense in the amount of $303,660. The net loss for the period amounted to $405,339.
