My guess would be XKEM pps could run at anytime. As someone mentioned before bio-tech stocks are a different animal. The pps is factored in to future revenues not current. It amazes me this stock is not trading at .75 - $1.25 after you factor in what they have in the making. The got to get off the corrupt OTC boards for one thing.
