Just spoke to Empire TA-they DID send OTCmarkets.com all of the numbers including float. They said that OTCmarkets not putting a badge on it is up to them and we should contact otcmarkets.com if we have an issue. But *I* don't have an issue with it... so if anyone else does, they can contact otcmarkets.com directly

They also said that if the float would have been different OTCmarkets would have listed it... So I'm happy :)
