In order for Bitzio own the GERS shares and to transfer the GERS shares back to Viridis or to another company, they would first need to have had the GERS shares.

Bitzio did have ownership of the GERS shares. Flux Carbon's announcement, dated January 28, 2016, shows it.

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FLUX Carbon Corporation (“FCC”) today announced the completion of a series of transactions pursuant to which it acquired majority equity stakes in Bitzio, Inc. (OTCQB: BTZO) and GreenShift Corporation (OTCQB: GERS).

The transactions additionally involved the completion by Bitzio of $2.9 million in conventional debt financing, the acquisition by Bitzio of 80% of GreenShift, and the satisfaction and elimination by GreenShift of about $14 million in debt.

"The transactions additionally involved ... the acquisition by Bitzio of 80% of GreenShift ...."

Now that Bitzio is out of business, they do not own any GERS shares any longer, so someone else does, and it's the legal responsibility of the Greenshift Corporation to name the new owner of a majority of their stock.

BTW, congratulations to Greenshift's webmaster for finally announcing the appeal filing on their website.
