Not a side step just an honest answer. From my view, QSeps claims of efficacy are absurd and not seen in nature. If ever this treatment method was duplicated in the field it would be immediately pursued and deals would have been struck long ago. Remember Aot doesn't replace diluents or have ANY effect on the injection of Drag Reducing Agents. All that delivery equipment and monitoring would remain and AOT has to be added then outfitted over the entire pipeline to achieve the same benefit as current systems.

None of the current insiders are putting in millions which is needed to firm up the capital resources ASAP. The corporation burns over a million a year and yet not current with its obligations. All insiders invested less than 500K. That's a few months of operations. Lane made it his mission to change the financial perception of the company when he stepped in. I'm sure many of these moves are meant to paint that story vividly. Qsep does have some Tax value with its op losses and its value as an ongoing public corporation. Perhaps insiders want to take control of the corp and buy it on the cheap and change the product again or maybe do something like oil rights where the CEO has a level of expertise.
