Why went this stock down?
Just because of the public offering, that is the only reason. That is why it stays now at 1.40 and it will stay there until the offering is completed. after that it will go up again.

Why are there no sales yet?
Because the product is not finished yet, and if you want to see sales you have to be patient or invest in a different type of stock.
