That was rhetorical. He said he has buddies buying this. And a R/S doesn't mean anything unless they are doing it to dillute. But they would have probably dilluted first to drop the price and then R/S to dillute more. It's crazy how many idiots don't know what a split is. It has 0 effect on the market cap.
