About FIPS; it appears that it was fast tracked. How does this happen? Can a lowly shareholder such as myself direct a fast track? Can the public employees tasked to do the FIPS fast track it because they see the extreme risk our country faces? Could our President, Michael get it fast tracked? All answers are no.

Recall this occurred in the over one month "government shutdown".

There is one way this happened. A very high government official moved this through with speed. It was ordered to be fast tracked. Why would they do this? Only one answer; they want it now. This indicates that something is coming soon.

Can anyone argue with my logic?
