you are missing the most important default and that is the resignation of tHE Registered AGENT WHY did they resign? was it simply a case that their fees were not paid or is it something gary goodin did or didnt do that put them in harms way to continue serving mdmn you cannot function legally in the state of nevada without a legal representative named for all business dealings!!!
