That's my question as well. The other question...was the reverse cancelled or was it denied for some reason so they are spinning it as no longer needed. For me the upside here is blockchain voting technology using the paper method. This requires technology development and the reverse provided the shares to do those deals. So does no reverse mean the technology buildout is on hold....and the company is simply adding more voting operations revenue. The upside there seems more limited.
