IMO - think of this as a legal issue. if you bought a stolen vehicle IN GOOD FAITH, you are not the one who goes to jail.

of course, the cops take the car, and your only recompense is to sue the person who sold you the car.

i believe the broker is the bad guy, here. as the account holder, you would have to sue your broker. isn't that why they aren't letting any trades go thru? they're still trying to cover their collective as*es?
