Well it looks like the usual scam artists have found a new way to release their fake news for companies to hit news wires. EWRC fake news not from the company to report to everyone that "they updated their share structure". Despite of course that having nothing to do with the company and transfer agents do that automatically.

Naturally this fraud was frontloaded yesterday on nothing and then the fake news was released today with the pump and dump. Via Globenewswire again
