Exactly Okshakla, all of you who are very familiar with how noteholder conversions legally work know that the FACTS/EVIDENCE are in VYST's favor to such an over-whelming degree that I simply can't believe EMA would be brazen enough to even think that this isn't going to eventually make it onto the SEC's radar now and put a great big bulls eye on their back!

It simply never ceases to surprise the sheer lengths of stupidity some of these dirtbag funders will go to when they think the SEC's rules & regulations don't apply to them...especially when they find an equally stupid and brazen transfer agent willing to be their dirtball cohorts in blatant securities fraud!
