Here is some legit dribble. I called the the office of the Nevada Secretary of State regarding the unpaid fees of $2450. I was misinformed from another source regarding the March 15th deadline to pay the fees. Since the fees were due October 31, 2018, there is no additional deadline. The fees remain unpaid until they are paid or the company chooses to not to pay the fees and voluntarily dissolves the company. There is no action taken by the State of Nevada toward an involuntary dissolution.
Since the fees remain unpaid, Medinah Minerals cannot do business in the state of Nevada.
