Of course it's possible... I think there's actually a few different formulas that can be used to up list. Of course with a 1.5 o/s it's hard to see how we get to $4 a share. The wild card here is Garnock. IMO he'll be the deciding factor when it comes to up listing. While his money is in VRUS it appears that they've agreed to go with his stipulations when it comes to both dilution and the r/s. Another words they can't do any of that with out him authorization. Until November Garnock has the power and hopefully for a long time after that as well... VRUS
