You don't borrow money to buy back shares. You use EXCESS profit to buy back shares. Otherwise, you use profit to grow the company. The LAST thing anyone should do is buy back shares before the company even gets off the ground and before it has ANY profit.
ALL revenue should be used to pay back the loans and grow the company. Share buybacks should be in the far distant future.
