Even if the above is incorrect it does make a lot
of sense that the Creditors would want an
acquisition by a Company with a high cash flow.


Simply exchanging Debt for new Common
Stock is not going to correct why WIN entered
Chapter 11 in the first place - $ 6 M in cash.
