Well, I do not enjoy sharing these unfortunate news, but it is important to inform others here that Mr. Sidoo is in the group of people charged in the recent college cheating scandal. He is of course presumed innocent and justice will take its proper course.

This is obviously a sad day for investors, even if the CEO’s alleged actions are not related to the company. The company reacted quickly by putting him on a leave of absence, releasing the statement below and naming Mr. Callum Grant as Interim CEO.
