Correction I did not say OWCP was affiliated with Bayer but Dr Stanley Hirsch was affiliated as a member on the board of Foamix and was a big part of the collaboration with Bayer which did result in development of a topical skin med.

So what I should have said is guess who has close association to Bayer Healthcare??? You got it, Dr. Stanley Hirsch.
Not saying any of this matters but kind of a coincidence.
