justthefacts, curious if you think "the plan" mentioned in that 8-K might be, if not submitted, at least disclosed to the judge at the March 21 omnibus hearing?

The Company … expects to file a chapter 11 plan ... in the coming weeks.

I know they don't specify a time, but wouldn't it make sense to file "the plan" at a regularly scheduled hearing time or around some important deadline like the general bar date on April 10?

I know you don't like to speculate, but doesn't a filing in March or April seem "reasonable" given the facts above?

There are other omnibus hearing dates scheduled for April 18 and May 21. Two other possible filing dates??

Probably stretching my logic a bit here. Just wondering what you think? LOL
