The COMPANY was FOUNDED in 2008 as PREACHERS COFFEE, when Bruce and his partners bought it that year. Its name changed to Marijuana Inc in 2010, which then sold in 2012 as Medical Marijuana Inc to another entity.

It was after the 2012 sale when Bruce began Hemp Inc.

Hemp Inc was not around in 2008, sorry if that fact bothers.

Hemp Inc was ESTABLISHED in 2012. The publicly traded COMPANY was FOUNDED in 2008.

All in the fins. Common public knowledge. Not difficult to understand. M&A's happen all the time.

Anyway, the company has decades experience, lead by a former cannabis distributor whose business was once given a valuation of well over a BILLION dollars, and that was back in the 80's.
