Here are the 2 highlights I liked .

1 ) The Company will accelerate the development
progress of Cauchari-Olaroz Lithium Brine Project. In addition, the
transaction will have positive effects on the future financial situation and
operating results of the Company.

2 ) Phase I of
the project has a planned annual production capacity of 25,000 tonnes of
battery grade lithium carbonate and is scheduled to be put into production
in the first half of 2020.
