Why offer the share price as it was when the paperwork was drafted up? I don't understand what you are saying. If you try to alter the terms of the agreement every time the PPS changes, this paperwork would never get done. .0024 is still low terms. Even if ONCI is a dud, it is still good for runs every year twice that PPS. If, as I believe, ONCI is a monster in the making, then .0024 is a petty thing to squabble over. GL!
