Try hitting the ask for 450 million shares and tell me how many you get. It's a good deal for the buyer. They've done their due diligence and see the potential that alot of us see. Someone wants to invest 1mm in ONCI and wants as many shares they can get out of it.

And please note that this is a LIVE offering, not a TEST. That leans more to the side of there being a buyer already lined up. If there wasn't, it would have been marked a test.

As well, there is NO WAY SB would invest 25k in this if he didn't have a buyer lined up already.
