Correct, but do you think it could have gone this way-
- we are asking for 280 million
- you may ask all you want , we only have 20 mil in a bank. If you get a court order for more we will file chapter 11 and you will get peanuts after other creditors get paid

I understand they agreed on amount, but could not it be dictated by the paying power of defendants?
