Having severe to profound hearing loss for several years due to an inner ear infection from a persistent head cold/flu, I have asked several Drs about vitamin therapy for ear health and tinnitus. Bottom line, it all depends on the general health of the patients and type and severity thereof.

My personal experience, vitamin therapy has increased ear wax, which is a natural lubricant, but has only minimal effect on me for tinnitus.

Waiting to try CBD, if I can find a reputable product. I’ve read there are variances of freshness and quality.
