Re: USMJ has sold its AmeriCanna Cafe business in exchange for a convertible purchase note issued by PJET.

LOL - Americanna Café business is not a business, and has 0 restaurants. Looks pretty scammy to me.

And USMJ market cap will need to decline by the "value" of the non-existent restaurant business.
