Why would they do a reverse split? He’s going to get 0ver a billion shares back. He has many options with those. More acquisitions would be my guess. Or he could retire them. I would bet on more acquisitions. But see the timing. Become a reporting company then get the shares back. Wow!!! Smart !!! Very Smart!!!
