Appears we still have dble entry, Institutional and dilute going on as well. In order to uplist..Qb requires atleast 10% but no less than 5% avail to public of float. No choice but to dilute to get to that point now and if after R/S. Next they need .01 within 30 days in pps. I am hoping that is what they are doing. Waiting to they get the % needed in share structure then hit with ads and pr to bring up the final piece to move up. Can't see them coming this far to screw up such a strong company. Imo this is whats going on but hey i have been wrong b4
