As I have said since that post was made, the higher price reduced the chance that the debt holders would dilute the price by converting their debt, depositing those shares, clearing them, and then selling them. The recent bullishness in this stock has convinced a lot of them that this is a long-term trend, so if they do convert their debt into stock, they're likely to hold those shares.
