Possibly~! I see it like this,,,

This is the way I read it back in early Feb,,,

An award is planned in March 2019. But it's only going to be a ONE year extension for Omega! Because a competitive follow-on effort procurement is ongoing (at the same time) with a competitor.

That's why I continue to maintain that another extension with Omega is almost a virtual guarantee that we have a piece of this.
