Conference call yesterday. Tender offer will still happen on the PLFX shares, probably if one wants the 1.37 per share worth one will get some restrictions on the sell side in the first few months or so which I can understand, obviously they don't want to flood the BTOPD market with people getting their tender offer shares and all dump it at the same time into the market at any cost. That's good with me. BTOPD story sounds very interesting for the mid term once they are listed on the NYSE with the new symbol which they will get at the end of march or so.
