that means Amazon still has lots of scope for ramping up volume this year. hene th increase in forecasts

will look for more new items I expect it will be updated anyway as there are a number of places where they have obviously pasted in a section for 2018 but didn't remove the same one for 2017 (mostly in the revenues/costs of revenues sections)
