Imo, he needs to stop going forward with the r/s. He can reduce it to 50,000 o/s and it will most likely stay at .0001 or lower. Nobody will be able to sell including note holders bc no one is going to buy due to a 3rd r/s...he needs to get a loan and buy shares back and retire them and watch the pps shoot to the moon and everybody wins many times over...again, imo
