You gotta wonder though, why would anybody want out so bad if this is such an undervalued stock?

Guy is an idiot selling 300k at once, Break it up into blocks. I wouldn’t recommend following that person’s lead, they dont know how to trade obviously. When I buy, I’m always buying from someone wanting out? When I sell, I’m selling to someone wanting in. It works both ways, the goal is to be right, buy low and sell higher. Scared money don’t make money; The person selling is scared, being shook out. In many stock runs, you see a dip first. That dip is someone wanting out at whatever cost, right before the big run. Someone has to do it, I guess it is this guy...got to get the weak hands out first.
